Peak Detour canoeing trip:

• listening to Rise Against, The Offspring and gangsta rap on the bus ride
• slathering on what seemed like POUNDS of sunscreen (on both myself and others)
• at least 50 "I'm On a Boat!" references. damn you, Lonely Island. (only not really. i love me some Andy Samberg)
• celebrating Koz's 5oth b-day with a "cake" that consisted of a chocolate cookie, melted marshmellow, Gushers, and a half-burnt birthday candle.
• watching Koz get hit on by the overweight, bleach-blonde-with-a-helmet-of-black-roots campsite ranger with Amanda and Kaylee
• singing everything from Metric to Death Cab for Cutie to Muse to Coldplay to Our Lady Peace to more Lonely Island with Gavin and Casey in attempts to make the canoeing go faster
• Dave the "big-ass" bug who liked to party
• Sarah's, ahem, well-endowed marshmellow
• SWIMMING (a.k.a being charmed, then tackled into the water)
• getting my tan on (kind of)
• Bryan and Marty's trout!
• developing really defined arms
• sleeping on the beach and talking for hours
• reading Cosmo with the boys
• and so much more...
